                                                                                       Cancellation Policy


We value your healing and the time we set aside to support your care. When appointments are missed or canceled late, it prevents others from receiving timely services and disrupts the flow of care.


Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule through your online client portal or by calling/texting the office line.


For Self-Pay Clients, cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee or 50% of the scheduled service, whichever is greater. After the third no-show or late cancellation, payment must be made before booking future appointments.


For Insurance Clients because we are unable to charge cancellation fees for insurance-covered sessions, we rely on a trust-based system to ensure fairness and access to care.


You are allowed up to three (3) late cancellations or missed appointments per year. After 3rd Occurrence, you’ll be asked to confirm all future appointments via text within 24 hours. If not confirmed, the appointment may be released to someone on the waitlist.


We absolutely understand that life happens — this policy simply helps us hold space for all clients seeking care. If you’re navigating a season that makes scheduling hard, please talk with us. This policy is designed to ensure all clients have fair access to care and to protect the sustainability of our practice.




                                                                                     Zero-Tolerance Policy


Metanoia Mantra Holistic Wellness maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior directed toward practitioners or staff. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Sexual innuendos, suggestions, or requests
  • Inappropriate comments or gestures
  • Any form of harassment, intimidation, or boundary violations

If a client makes an inappropriate request, comment, or suggestion, the session will be terminated immediately. The incident will be documented in detail, and the client will be dismissed from the practice permanently. No future appointments will be accepted. Local authorities may be notified when necessary.
